SINGLE-USE HYGIENE PROTOCOL · 001
Reused mops and cloths carry soil and microbes from room to room. Kocean manufactures single-use microfiber tools — cloths, mop pads, wipes — plus the color-coded protocol that makes them work.
Laundered mops and cloths travel from room to room. Each trip moves soil, moisture, and microbes from the surface just cleaned to the surface cleaned next. Studies and field experience point to the same problem: when the tool is not reliably decontaminated between uses, the cleaning process itself becomes a contamination chain.
A disposable microfiber cloth breaks that chain at the point of use: one cloth, one surface, then discard. No carry-over, no laundering loop, no uncertainty about whether the last cycle reached the required temperature.
The tool is part of the result. If the tool is not clean, the surface is not clean.
Single-use works best as a protocol, not a product swap. The disposable microfiber cloth removes carry-over; color zoning and a trained workflow make the outcome repeatable across shifts and sites. Cloths are made from 70% polyester and 30% polyamide microfilament nonwoven, designed to help remove microbes and bio-burden with water alone, and are lint-free and streak-free.
Four zones cover most facilities:
One color per zone. One cloth or mop pad per task. Discard after use; do not return any item to a bucket for reuse in another area. Mop pads and refills follow the same rule, which keeps the mop head out of the contamination chain as well.
kocean manufactures and exports disposable microfiber cloths, mop pads and refills, cleaning wipes, wet wipes, and spunlace nonwoven fabric, with OEM and private-label service.
Our microfilament nonwoven production line has been in operation since 2010. The factory runs warp knitting and circular knitting machines alongside spunlace and needle-punched nonwoven lines. Spunlace weight range is 48–220 gsm with a maximum fabric width of 1.75 m, and the microfiber absorbs multiple times its own weight.
Typical lead time is 30–45 days, with shipment via Ningbo or Shanghai. Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. Offices are located in Ningbo (Yinzhou District) and Jinhua/Yiwu, Zhejiang.
Before specifying a product, define the workflow: which zones, which colors, how many cloths per room, and where used items are discarded. Our hygiene protocol guide sets this out step by step. Send your target size, GSM, and packaging format to request samples and a quotation, and we will match the specification to your protocol.
It is used once and discarded, so soil and microbes are not carried from one surface or room to the next by the tool itself.
Minimum order quantities depend on product, size, and packaging format. Send your specification and we will confirm the MOQ for that item.
Yes. We manufacture to customer specification and supply private-label cloths, mop pads, wipes, and spunlace nonwoven fabric.
Yes. Samples are available on request; provide your target size, GSM, and packaging requirements so we can send the closest match.
12"x12" to custom sizes, 30–250gsm, single-use cloths that help prevent cross-contamination.
Pocket flat-mop refills and color-edged pads for one-pad-per-zone floor programs.
PU/PE microfiber cloths, scouring pads and quick-dry sponges for kitchens and facilities.
Assign every area a risk color — red, yellow, green or blue — before cleaning starts.
One disposable microfiber cloth or mop pad per zone. Never carry a used tool across zones.
Work clean-to-dirty within the zone, then dispose of the tool. No laundry loop, no carryover.
Simple logs keep the program auditable and training consistent across shifts.
